Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Residency Verification To maintain the integrity of this closed community platform, specific personally identifiable information (PII) is collected during the registration handshake. This strictly includes your physical address within the Riata West boundaries.

  • Usage Scope: This data is utilized exclusively for the administrative verification of your residency status and eligibility to participate in the hub.

  • Confidentiality: Verification data is classified as strictly confidential. We will never sell, distribute, or share this telemetry with any external entities, including the official Homeowners Association, the property management firm, or third-party marketers, without your explicit, written consent.

2. Data Retention and User Deletion Rights You maintain sovereign control over your verification data and account presence.

  • Address Purging: Following successful verification of your account, you possess the right to have your physical address permanently expunged from the database. To execute this request, transmit a direct message (PM) to any active administrator, and the address record will be dropped from your user profile.

  • Account Termination: Full account and data deletion protocols are accessible directly through your user account settings panel. Executing an account deletion will drop your profile variables from the active database.

3. Public Information Disclaimer (User-Generated Content) This platform operates fundamentally as a public broadcasting forum for its registered members.

  • Zero Expectation of Privacy: Any data, text, media, or contextual information you voluntarily append to your user profile, inject into forum threads, publish on pages, or otherwise transmit across the frontend interface must be considered entirely public.

  • Liability: The Riata West Community Hub, its administrators, and its infrastructure maintain zero liability or operational responsibility for securing or obscuring user-generated content (UGC) that you elect to publish. Unless a specific data field or communication channel (e.g., direct messaging) is explicitly designated as private by the system architecture, assume all transmitted data is visible to the community.

4. Third-Party Telemetry and Security Infrastructure To ensure platform stability, mitigate automated abuse, and analyze traffic volume, this server interfaces with specific third-party APIs.

  • Traffic Analytics: We utilize Google Analytics to capture anonymized traversal data, session durations, and general demographic footprints. This telemetry is aggregated to optimize the platform and track overall community engagement.

  • Spam Mitigation: We deploy Cloudflare Turnstile (or similar challenge-response protocols) at authentication and submission endpoints. These services evaluate browser telemetry and hardware variables to intercept automated bot traffic.

  • These third-party integrations deploy their own strictly necessary cookies and operate under their respective corporate privacy policies.
